We conduct fast, reliable identical trademark searching of longlists in up to 46 different trademark registers and have a network of contacts through which to conduct full trademark clearance searches for selected names.

More importantly, we will expertly assess threats from similar names often freeing up a name for registration that someone less experienced in trademark law would consider a write-off and at other times sidelining a name that might otherwise be wrongly given the green light.
